Had a wonderful visit to Dandelion Chocolate in San Francisco. The ingredients class was really fun and interesting. We tasted different components that are used in chocolate making as well as different brands and origins of chocolate. The factory is a gorgeously designed building in the Mission District of SF, a unique combination of industrial, chic and modern styles. The factory tour is also worth doing, very informative with lots of amazing chocolates to try. My favorite part was tasting the cacao fruit right out of the pod! It is a bit like a lychee in flavor and texture. Click here for information about Dandelion Chocolate and the experiences they offer!
